anyone know the status of the shipping of the blackout bundle
last i heard was end of july and then they said they would go out that week
but still haven't got a shipping notice

anybody have a way to get in contact with the wax-o-holics people? I have sent a few emails over the past months about a refund on some orders I never received and I havent heard back at all

i email JM Mullins <pixelgoat@gmail.com>. He is a nice dude and will answer your emails.

I bought several records and havent received them. 5 months and 4 unanswered emails later I just want a refund. JM seems like a nice dude but this sucks

Too bad the service is this bad, their records are pretty cool

I handle the blog posts for the WaxO site and although I've had no involvement in the vinyl shipping I'd love to help if I can. What outstanding orders are you waiting on? PM here or via our WaxO fb page please. Also, as a heads up JM/ STMPress has been handling all Dom/Dex orders, NickBoat the 3cQ and Tom Needham/ B.o.M.B. The Big Bang.

My apologies to anyone experiencing problems with WaxO orders! Trust me, it's not how I like to do business and I'm saddened to read some of these posts.

Thanks for chiming in, A. All those involved in WaxO are stand-up people. Sounds like things have piled up lately. I hope they all get resolved soon. Beautiful things coming out of that corner.

Yeah agreed, everybody I have dealt with there are super nice and helpful! Wasnt trying to bad mouth anybody, its understandable things get hectic

Definitely love their records and love supporting these types of labels =)
