I really love burger records. They are super friendly, helpful and have great customer service. I used my 50% code I got for the gap dreams delay, on my Natural Child color vinyl and Curtis Harding pre orders. Came to $13! Love these guys!

That video is exactly what sparked my interest.
I first saw it yesterday and meant to post it, but I figured you'd all seen it.
I'm a big believer of the DIY mentality and the ethics that go into a homegrown idea like that.
Plus Epicly Later'd is one hell of a web series so that didn't hurt either.

I guess that explains why it's been so hard to get your records from these guys.....

To be fair, I'm pretty sure this video was shot before they hired 11spot to do their mail order . . .

i love these burger guys, they are doing something super unique and they are having so much fun doing it,, this whole burger culture is coming together really well with tons of great music and great live shows (either burgerama, live in store shows, or their mini tours), and it all starts with these guys just wanting to have fun every day and live the music life,, these guys are the real deal and live and breathe this stuff, i mean they actually live in the backroom of their record shop

bands see this and love it, if i had a band right now i would kill to have burger release my record

on one side you can tell they arent looking to get rich but on the other side they are really ambitious and thinking big,, they must work their asses off trying to do all the stuff they do, 600+ releases (i dont know any other label that releases as much music, it seems like every day theres a new release), burger tv, burgerama which is keeps getting bigger and bigger, their worldwide burger revolution shows, releasing books, tons of merch, .. i really look forward to seeing what else they do over the next few years

really impressive,, my favorite label right now (and i dont see this changing),,

Trying to track down some info on Gap Dream S/T. I've seen four variants on discogs: regular black, clear, colored (which I hear is translucent blue), and tour edition. Anyway, I snagged a copy from the "Back at Burger" section with my 50% off coupon. When I got it, it looked black, but then I held it up to the light and...

Again, it just looks black until you hold it up to light. I know this happens sometimes with "black" vinyl (e.g. John Fahey's Transfiguration of Blind Joe Death) Anybody else's black copies look like this?

Has anyone got the new Natural Child we ordered recently. I evidently did not save my receipt. I usually save my payment email then delete when I get it. Not email, no record, unless I have hid it from myself .... Anybody ?

No shipping confirmation for me yet. Have people gotten that?
I dont expect to get the vinyl anytime soon, Gap Dream took 28 days to arrive.
