I run Dreamover Records here in Chicago, IL. So far we've just done 12" vinyl. Our first three releases were LP reissues by the bands Brandtson and Emery, though most of you may not be interested in them. I'm really excited about our fourth release, as it's from my local friends, Secret Colours. They're more of a psychedelic pop-rock band. Think of an American Oasis or Blur with more shoegazy influences. We're doing a limited pressing of only 300 copies all on random colored vinyl. I just got the colored test presses and they sound amazing. They're also real heavy at almost 180 gram and look really cool. Here's a picture of how one of em came out:

Anyway, please check these guys out, if you like what you hear, pick up a copy. We could really use the support, and being a Third Man fan (also spending time with many of you in Nashville this last weekend), I know how great and interested everyone can be. Here's their new music video for the first song on the EP, called Faust:

You can preorder the record here: http://dreamover.limitedrun.com They should be shipping in just a few weeks.

Like the music on the video, I placed an order, good luck with your endeavors. Send me that test pressing ! I've always wanted to say that I have a test pressing.

i can't remember if i've posted about Baby Carrot Records before but either way we have a new release coming soon.

Lazee Lavenders: this is pretty much a demo (live they are a full band & are much more rock n roll sounding) http://lazeelavenders.bandcamp.com/ (if that doesn't let you download the mp3's for free let me know i can post a mediafire or something) I'm doing the 2nd pressing of tapes right now (1st already sold out). Also have a 7' lathe by them thats due out as soon as i get the lathes in.

I've released a bunch of tapes & lathes. I've also done 1 pressed 7" (working on getting another one out this winter).

Very small scale but it's a ton of fun. I think there's a facebook page

Corporate Records: http://www.corporaterecords.biz/ you have to be patient it's one guy but he's super nice & i've never had a problem. I've done 3-4 different projects with him.

the site has all the info but he'll do just about anything, odd sizes all kinds of neat stuff!

I did one here: http://www.poly-cut.com/index.html but on second project there were some delays & eventually the asshole quit responding to emails and just pocketed my $. Actually it'd be interesting to see if he responed to new emails & such mabe he's just ignoring me. I figured he just stopped doing it but his site is still up. I don't recomend Poly Cut.

Yes Corporate Records rules, I'm doing a 7" & a 5" with him right now.

& thanks for the info Hen, that must mean he just shut down the whole project & was too lazy to either finish my project or refund me. Oh well lesson learned.

Thanks. I'll look into it. I've been cooking up some limited run ideas for my label and have been trying to get some lathe cut connections. Stay tuned for some great releases!

I looked into them a while back and never got a response. Did a bit of poking around and turns out the guy is a grade-a con artist. Ripped off a ton of folks and got in some legal trouble over it.

I'm not trying to be mean by saying this, but your site is very blurry on my iPad. I don't know if this is isolated to my iPad or not, but it might lose a sale if it's universal and someone only has an iPad.
