It is supposed to start storming supposedly after 4 pm. But who cares! Nothing will put a damper on this show. I hope everyone has a fantastic time! If you see a blonde with a bright pink Wilco shirt on, say hi to me!!

The weather eventually caught up. No encore. Short set ,but it was still good while it lasted. Lightning cut us off. He talked a lot in between songs. I think he knew a storm was coming and tried to packed it all in. Dari is an awesome drummer. I'm still bummed that it had to be cut short though. Damn weather. I loved th Roberto Clemente part though ;-)

I honestly think it would've been an hour longer if lightning didn't happen :-(

There was an encore--five songs, starting with Blue Orchid.

I think we've all become used to Jack doing longer shows these days, but this one was about 90 minutes, which is about the same as regular shows on his first solo tour. I'd have liked a lot more too,of course, but I was beyond relieved that the show went on at all! The important thing is that it was a really solid show, though.

Hey Aqua, How many show have you been to so far on this tour ? Are you going to Red Rocks ? That's the next one for me. I saw him twice in Louisiana and hoping for several shows closer to home this fall.
Sounds like a good show considering the threat of weather could have made it a miserable one ! Down pours of rain are not fun after awhile !

Only 3 shows so far, but a bunch more coming up. KC is next for me--did Red Rocks last tour but skipping it this time.

Aqua, you're right. I guess I was in a post show depression. 8-) That just made me purchase tix to the Cleveland show.

That was the encore but the encore was cut short because of the lightning. Probably would have gotten 4 more songs

I dunno--I think he knew about the storm and had planned it that way--he's been closing with Will You Fight For My Love elsewhere. Of course, no storm, no knowing how long he'd have played. He was in great form. :D

Enjoy the KC show. I'm pumped for Red Rocks and my trip to Denver. I love that place !

Really hoping for shows closer to home this fall .

Had a blast at this show, they killed it. Would have loved him to play longer (even in the rain) but would be saying that even if he played an hour longer. Worth the 20 hour round trip car ride.

Some other interesting experiences I might update later.
