Saw them open for Jack in Boston, they were fantastic.

I am leaving in about 30 minutes and it is bloody freezing out there - I am hoping (I suspect in vain) that they have moved it indoors

There isn't a word good enough to describe how Great of a show it was! Jack was beyond awesome! Cannon, Black Math, Dead Leaves, Ball & Biscuit, Top Yourself, Steady as She Goes, some of what he played. I loved the way he played Dead Leaves, it was a little different than what I've heard before and I liked the way he went into another song with it but I can't rem. what it was? anyone rem?
I took one look a the merch line & said forget that, I'd rather have a good spot to see Jack! And my friend didn't want me to leave her alone so I could then go get in line, so after the show I got pretty much what I wanted. Yeah, no posters left though, I didn't even see what they looked like.
It's quite possible that I'll find me a good man wearing a tight red t-shirt!

here was the poster

couple things that bothered me. I got there around noon and was hanging out all day. Once the security guards finally organized the lines around 3, I was about tenth or so in the second line. I had a plan to run straight to the merch stand and pick up a poster then jet to the stage. Once I got to the merch stand, the guy wasn't even done setting it up. He was walking around, opening boxes, and taking his time. It took about ten minutes for him to finally start serving people. I was about 8th in line, and by the time I got up there, there had been about 500 people already packed into the front stage.

Picked up my poster and 7"s I ran to the stage and I was about 8th row back which wasn't that bad, and the show was amazing! Jack seemed really happy and appreciated our enthusiasm. Some of my favorites were Catch Hell Blues, I'm bound to pack it up, and of course closing with seven nation army.

I bought a a couple tour edition 7"s before the show along with a poster because I thought they would sell out. During the show I put the poster in a tub and stuffed it down my shirt in my back and put the 7"s under my front shirt. I felt like a walking merch stand. It was pretty difficult to jump around and have fun without them slipping out. Sometime during the encore Love Interruption fell out of my shirt without me noticing. After the show I spent ten minutes looking around for it, but it was no where to be found :(

Still very happy and had one of the best nights of my life! Many thanks to the LC, Jack and everyone that put this show together! I think Jack now knows Columbus, Ohio loves him.

Thanks for showing the poster!
And the set list.
Ohio does love Jack!

Funny thing I found on the sidewalk when I got in line, a Fender guitar pick, not his of course but pretty cool that it was blue & black swirl and laying right in front of my feet. My friend laughed at me for picking it up & I'm like why it's Jacks colors & it's something I can use. A guy two people up from me caught one of Daru's drum sticks, if only he would have tossed it a little farther.
