Will do. It will all work out !!!
We can get our seats then take turns holding them while we go to Merch.
I want a tour copy if there is one and of course a poster !

I mainly want a poster... I can't believe there are still presale tickets available for this show, thinking that might mean we won't have a lot of merch competition..

Any Houstonians wanna carpool up to Shreveport and then down to NOLA? Split gas and a hotel room?

Some of the new places aren't exactly hotspots. Lubbock and Shreveport aren't exactly in the thick of things, Lubbock is kinda out of the way, even for most of the state it's in...

truth. Most people don't realize how big Texas is... I have driven 12 hours in a straight line and didn't leave the state... Shreveport is an hour and half closer to me than Lubbock...

you gonna catch him at the festival down there?

I'd like to, but I really don't like festivals (Roo kinda burnt me out on them, and Houston outdoors in June is not exactly a pleasant experience especially for extended periods), an the only other act I want to see there is The Kills, but I have a hard time bringing myself to spend $160 on a ticket when I only want to see two acts. I know if end up spending more than that, but I'd rather spend the money and road trip up to Shreveport and then down to NOLA, especially if I can find another person or two to split the expense with...

i'm with you alabamwoody. i'm super surprised that there wasn't enough vault interest to sellout either shreveport or new orleans. oh well, if not for the wife, kids, and fact that he is just playing down the road (cain's), i'd be all over both.
At least I'm not racin' towards a red light…

Thank you, Tulsa. I can't even lie to you. I love your town so much. Tulsa is more America than America is America. God bless you. I love you. Thank you so much.

When we buy tickets, usually, not in this case, they go real fast. So we have 2 vault accounts one for me and one for my son.We want/need 3 tickets to each show so we get on at work and both try to buy two in hopes of just ending up with atleast the 3 we need. You never know how the public sale will go.

Anyhow, we have one extra ticket. They are all general admission, I would be glad to sell it for cost. I have not looked to see if it has sold out or not. It might eventually but ya'll can know that if you decide now or later on to go that I have a ticket.i won't ebay it or anything, Should have plenty of time to sell it while waiting in line for a good spot .... If it doesn't sell out I will give it away or sell it cheaper.

I'm going to check out and see if there is much to do in Shreveport. We can go up early for that show but will have to drive 5 hours to New Orleans the next day for the show that night. Then leave the next day ... Wish the New Orleans show was first that would have worked out a whole lot better for us vacation goers. But hey maybe there is some fun stuff around Shreveport, maybe I can go alligator hunting

I could drive 8 hours to New Orleans hang out over the weekend then drive 5 hours to Shreveport then 5 hours back to New Orleans then 8 hours back to Bama. All to have Sunday and some of the day Monday, got to subtract driving time, to bum around New Orleans. New Orleans and Shreveport are both 8 hours from home. It's the jockeying back and forth that would be the hassle. So anybody know much about Shreveport. I figure at worse I can go eat and drink and be merry. Maybe relax ... Read a book, do some yoga, minus the yoga suit, zen incense burring in the room. Hmm. Decisions.

Real casinos. Closest thing you'll get to Vegas outside of NV. Horseshoe and Harrah's are "downtown" and there is an Isle of Capri and Diamond Jacks not too far from there.

If you take off from Dallas heading to LA, when you get to El Paso....you're halfway there. I-10 is 879 miles from the TX/NM border to the TX/LA border.
