What do they think this is, an early Elvis single? Hell, man, you can find audio of the whole show for free on the internet.

About 15 dollars that's what it's worth.
They just try to make you think it's special with the high price. You could make your own bootleg pressing for that price and sell of the others.

I didn't bother getting it in the end like everyone says only worth $15 he managed to sell them at $350 a piece im surprised as bootlegs are normally rubbish

why would anyone pay more than $4 for this? It's sourced from mp3s of a bootlegged show.
