I'm shakin Ice cream version

Last night at the blackpool gig, I picked up an I'm shakin tour single. But what's weird about it is that the old woman is holding an ice cream on the back of it when I'm sure shes meant to be holding a cloth or something. I've seen some jack singles where he is holding an ice cream instead if a razor but never in a tour single. Any ideas anyone?

It is a shaving brush isn't it? Not ice cream?

Maybe because the show was in Blackpool? Seaside rock, ice cream, fish and chips, and nausea are my primary memories of that place.

Well they're only available on tour obviously but there seem to be plenty of them
