Lazaretto 7" The World's Fastest Record
Will it be black?
TMR #?
B side?
Will anyone have heard it before those lucky few on Saturday morning?
Please comment, argue and speculate wildly.

Ha ha, Hard tellin' not knowin', I meant the song in general. I am assuming the version on the regular single and the album will be the same just not live.
Could they make them tri's? Would that slow the process down?

Yeah, it would slow them down. The tri's have to be done by hand. I bet it'll be blue though.suttree wrote:Ha ha, Hard tellin' not knowin', I meant the song in general. I am assuming the version on the regular single and the album will be the same just not live.

Maybe "test pressings" for the audience? Tris would be sweet - they could make the pucks ahead of time.

Is there a current "world's fastest record"? Does Guinness recognize this category or will Jack be "blacklisted" again?

There's info in the rolling stone article about it

Re: Lazaretto 7" The World's Fastest Record
Is there anyone heading down to TMR on RSD that would be so kind as to grab one of these for me?
Please let me know if you can help me out. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

VERY cool! If I can persuade one of my friends to make me a rip, I'll be hearing a new Jack White song tomorrow night. Awesome.

Haha, that's awesome! I wonder if they're going to have a live countdown at the store tomorrow.
"And the message is clear: if we want Jack White as our hero, he will entertain, but not pander. We have to accept all his flaws, whims, caprices and manias as a critical, sometimes uncomfortable, part of the contract."

The whole process is being documented via Facebook/Twiter pics and text.
There is a video of the Lazaretto artwork coming out of the printer too
