Looking forward to this one.
Very smooth and cheery.

Third Man Records is delighted to introduce you to the purebred, blue-ribbon chamber-pop wunderkinds known heretofore AND henceforth as Sun Seeker. Native to Nashville and no strangers to musical basements, bars, and busy backyards, Alex Benick, Austin Edwards, Asher Horton and Ben Parks have whipped up one HELL of a debut single and another fresh addition to our catalog and theirs. Produced by the inimitable Buddy Hughen (Tristen) and mastered by Nashville's best set of ears John Baldwin, the single itself stems not only from recent a studio session across town, but is also the culmination of years of practice and pretty much CONTINUOUS performance since maybe... like... their freshman year of high school? Not to be that guy (but damn it to the jaws of hell if it isn’t the truth), these guys are, uh, totally ace. How did we not notice sooner?

Slightly Kelly Stoltz-ish, no? With pedal steel, if I'm hearing correctly.

Woah! This band definitely deserves this
They've got a pretty great cd EP out at the moment, and anyone who likes this should check out Fox Fun and Ogg (both bands share members)

I dig this too. They have several videos on YouTube. Kinda remind me of Fleet Foxes at times:

I've seen them perform a few times around Nashville. I think they opened for Danny Kroha when he had his release party at the Basement. They're pretty good.

I'm wondering the same thing but I'm doubting it. I went to the Margo Price release at the Basement East a few weeks ago and all they sold there was the regular 7". That tricolor is still not out yet.

Pretty neat that Pujol will be DJing their release party.

Via his Instagram;
Justice is blind and loves to party. DJing the Sun Seeker release tonight at The Glass Menagerie . Don't drink and drive-- don't make baby Justice cry. It's already cold enough.

Both SunSeekers and Woods were recorded but you could only by the B&B for Woods. The girls in the storefront didn't know if they were releasing anything but acknowledged both bands were recorded. Sunseekers kept joking between songs about it all being recorded. Hope something comes out from it. They were really good.
