Modcam on the Vault

Modcam on the Vault

As I type this, modcam is live on the Vault, but nothing is there, just a black screen. I simply went there to see what vaulters were there chatting, but I keep getting re-directed to the modcam. If the modcam is active, does that eliminate the option to chat while the modcam is active?
I've only seen the Dead Weather once on modcam playing a song or two from backstage on modcam, and I can't remember whether or not we can chat at the same time.

Edit to say that I just found where to type comments while the modcam is up.

We still needed a modcam thread though :)
I only wanted to be good enough, but I'm not.

How do you type in ModChat when the Cam is up?
(I'm at lunch on my laptop. :)

Yeah I can't get onto modchat either...every time I try to get to it, it takes me to modcam

It's doing the same for me, but also flashing up at the top saying "TMR live on video". Are they on right now? I've tried in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and it all just comes up with a black modchat screen.

Others have said its been like that since yesterday sometime.

True. It's been stuck on the modcam black screen since Jack signed off yesterday afternoon.

I think it may be your browser; I log in, have the modcam at the top, AND the modchat below it.

What browser are you using? I've tried the same ones as orangeshoeskid, with the same result. SOMEBODY must be getting into it, as the last chat comments listed are different from the ones the other day. (This is all sheer curiosity on my part, I don't actually want to get in it. :lol: )

Supposedly you get the split modcam/chat screen if you log in on computer. But you get regular modblast chat if you log in on a smartphone or ipad. Different people in each room. Blows, big-time.

Weird, that's what I use most of the time. Haven't tried it on my phone, though.
