seems canadian postage is even more screwed than the norwegian one, got mine two weeks ago, all up north.

Looks like it might be lost. I got my replacement LP in the mail yesterday. There was extra cardboard in this one and they opened it up and shipped the record outside of the cover. Arrived in great shape...except for the URP scuffs.

I'm going to contact them today when I get home if there is nothing in my mailbox...

I know it's been said before but there isn't a single online merchant I've dealt with that has better customer service than Third Man Records...

Thank you for contacting us. You are correct; you really should have received it by now. We recently updated our shipping system, but somewhere in the update, a few select Canadian addresses seem to have been left off the list. I have not been able to pinpoint a reason why, but as a result, a small number of members were simply overlooked. No need to worry that it was lost. I will send your package right away and it should arrive within 2 weeks, tops. Let me know if you have any issues with its arrival and I would be glad to take care of you.

Got my Vault #9 today. I was underwhelmed (if that's a word)* All 3 sides of the inner sleeve were split and the cover was bent to shit. I don't care though because the record is fine (and beautiful). I'm thinking about watching the DVD if I get some time over the holidays. I've never been into Wanda Jackson and I don't own any of her stuff so it will be cool to see.
