Got mine today. Haven't opened it yet. It arrived a bit damaged, split on top of the jacket. I know it's common with vault packages, but it didn't happen to me before. Will I be too picky if I ask for replacement?

I don't think I've ever gotten a vault package without a seem split!

i still haven't got mine. i watched the ups man pull up to my apartment building with a package, but it wasn't for me.

Not sure where you live, but mine always comes via USPS, not UPS. I live in Ohio.

wow, must mean mine is close by (sydney).

i've honestly never had a problem with TMR delivery and packaging, its always arrives in perfect condition (i've probably jinxed myself now)

I'm still awaiting mine! I opened my mailbox slowly this morning and no vault.

Do they usually get put in the mailbox or UPS? Everything else I've got from TMR is in the mailbox.

12" LP mailers dont fit in my mailbox. It gets set on the front porch.

That stinks! I heart my Postal Lady. We have a rapport and she gives TLC to the mailers that come to me! She's the best!!!

Well, I have a large mailbox and 12" have fit in it before so that's what in hoping for. It's suppose to rain this week.
