Very happy with this vault. Have been looking forward to a 2009 live LP from TDW for a long time.

It's funny, myself and others were just complaining about the Dead Weather in a different thread and what do you know!? No, no, no. Really though? I'm in. The early era of the band is my absolute favorite non solo or White Stripes time period. Gothic, bluesy and vicious. This may be material you can hear and see elsewhere, but I for one haven't given it a listen or viewing so it's new to me. Plus the setlist? Short, but heavy. Gatefold, 180 gram, beautiful covers and art all around. Yeah, the dodge and burn shit. At least this is the last of it. And that dang key...

^ Agree
The first album was/is their best. I'm really happy with this vault.

Yes ! Great Vault Package to me !
I wanted a VP with a DW live and they made it. And it is with the first album, my favorite. But I understand the "meh" because LP and dvd have the same songs, and we know two songs of the 7". But I love DW, and I am back in the game.

I wonder if the DVD will have the entire concert's setlist (unlike the LP)? Seems like a few songs were omitted from the description.

I don't think.
When you see the setlist, it is write LP and dvd. So I think it will be the same songs, but I would love to get the entire show.

I believe there were some differences on the WS Under Amazonian Lights 2LP/DVD. Not certain though. A DW VP was overdue though and I'm sure it's going to be great.

I prefer how they released a different show on DVD on the recent JW acoustic VP.

That's true, I didn't remember the WS Under Amazonian Lights.
And I prefer to have two different show too, it was very nice with the JW acoustic VP.

This takes me back to early days of TMR when it was super exciting and new, and RSD wasn't just the occasional gem in a sea of cash grab reissues. Going to pass because I'm not the biggest DW fan, but still takes me back...

this will be my first vault subscription i didn't have the money at the time for #30 and #29 and #31 weren't worth it for me but this one definitely has enough going for it for me to drop the 60 bucks... hoping 33 will be something really special

So, today is the 7th, anyone hear about winners from the test pressing giveaway?
