Also, do you have any idea why Miller used a White Stripes photo taken at a venue in Georgia, instead of one from a Detroit venue?
His main objective was to use photos that weren't terribly well-known. The reason he got one of the Stripes in Georgia is because that's the one I let him use.

OK, I'm gonna have to read this book. I'm fascinated by this conversation.

And this is why discussing differing opinions can be a good thing.

Looking forward to your perspective on it, Shane.

In case anyone was wondering the store will just have regular hours the day of this discussion, and won't be open afterward. Asked Dani while at the store today and she ultimately decided to keep it at regular hours.

I went ahead and got tickets to this. I'm hoping I'll luck out and find a sitter. So if I see you I'll see you.

Who is making bootleg tapes of the panel discussion?
Sign me up for a copy.
(and remember there is a strict no recording rule in effect so don't do this really, just take lots of mental notes and let us know tomorrow.)

Do you also have a plane ticket to Nashborough?

Last year I started bringing a pen and moleskin to shows so that as soon as they were over I could write down the setlist and other things I wanted to remember. Very handy.

George Strait cover or original I wonder?
Don't believe the 60's was the golden age of pop. You glorify the past when the future dries up.
