Maybe they start to "mispress" the merchandise to make it more valueable

Overall I'm really happy about the bag, I like the design and size. But there's this minor fault in small zipped pocket inside – the lining has teared from the seam (my bag has a seam split, a true record bag!), apparently due some manufacturing mishap. I guess the stiches don't go over the lining enough or something which resulted in the tear over the time (about a year).

I think they have a lifetime warranty. Email the tucker & bloom guys and i'm sure they'll repair it. they're awesome.
