Maybe the majority of people who wanted them have been ordering each volume as it was released.

that was my guess too. I have volumes 1 and 2 on black and volumes 3 on color. Really just want these in all black but had to go after the chance for a test pressing.... let alone the whole set! Just checked and my bundle managed to make it out of Nashville in roughly 24 hours. The holiday season is obviously over.
