The Jesus one is pretty standard choir arrangements. The one with Kashmir is a band arrangement, pretty impressive for a school band. The other one is the strongest of the three with a more baritone lead vocal.
They are pretty cool as novelty items but no real musical value. The big hope is some member of one of these choirs gets famous in 10 years and these become mega collectables. Imagine if the next Jack Gillis attends on of these schools.

That would be very cool.
