Strolled into my local mid-day and they had at least a dozen of nearly every release still stacked up.
What a joke.
Still, it made the whole process much easier for me.
Some of the prices this year though...
I know they've been climbing and climbing, but this was the first time it was high enough to persuade me not to buy a piece or two.
The usual unnecessary releases, I'm looking at you American Idiot and The Clash.
Picked up the Pujol Kisses EP and The Arcs 10", both of which are excellent pieces.
These will see regular rotation I'm sure.
What a joke.
Still, it made the whole process much easier for me.

I picked up the Link Wray- Rumble 45 and the International Submarine band reissue along with Jerry Lee Lewis first album reissue and that was about it. I bought another copy of The Dead Weather's latest hoping to play 4 card draw but alas-no cards.

I need to hit up my local shops when I get home to see if they've still got any of the Link Wray or Jerry Lee Lewis. The Link Wray is great. Nice orange vinyl, great sound.
