No Longer Liquid Filled

What's the going rate for a no longer liquid filled record? Other than the liquid missing (the putty they used to plug up the full site dried up and let air in), the record is NM , never played.

I wouldn't help my dad flip it on eBay when he got it but I told him I'd try to help off load it now if he would sell to a collector.
