Even if the only chance you have to get it it's the regular 7" TMR is gonna release after RSD, it is still nice they are re-issuing this for the general public. If you are lucky enough to get a facsimile, well, way so much better.

The way this has been re-issued, I would really like JW makes back enough money to cover his bid, honestly. It deserves to be paid back. It is not only to own it, but to allow others to own the closest you can get to it first (facsimile) and after that a copy of it (regular 7").

I think no other record has captured the spirit of RSD like this one.

Don't care if it's limited or super limited or thousands of them. It's got value to me.

I'm so glad they put some for sale on the vault. How was it still in stock the next day?

I couldn't find this at my local record store on RSD and all the employee's I asked if they had a copy were totally clueless. Along with GBMS and Sun Records Vol. 2, the Elvis 10" was high on my want list so I was bummed when I couldn't find a copy.

Scored a copy yesterday through the Vault Store and I'm happy I did because it looks like they're totally gone now...

Bingo. By and large, I feel like Jack really understands this. Sure, he's made a few bits of music scarce (I'm not talking about colored vinyl here, I'm talking about music and I will forever be annoyed with him over I Feel Strange), but between this Elvis record and the Paramount sets, hell, even his original purpose of opening Third Man with the intent to reissue all the Stripes singles, he seems driven to make all the rest of us realize the meaning of music.

I finally got mine and it is beautiful!
I do wish the label had actual cracks instead of printed ones though.
And the scratches are normal right? I've never been so glad to see scratches on a record!

So this should be the remastered version, right? Will be interesting to compare.
