I'm giving you guys the heads up cuz you guys deserve Em. Not stuffed shirts. That's why I insisted they not go into the silent auction at the Birmingham Music Guild but a public auction. Google foundation btw. Thanks for looking. And aren't Third Man amazing? Getting this to me in a couple days after I asked them! Figured it was a complete shor in the dark.

Kroha show was great. Very lively performance and reminded me of why I love old folk and gospel so much. It's great to be able to see a performance like that when usually I only get to hear it recorded. Only had ten limited LPs, though, and I lollygagged so I missed it, but they had a few Gories which I didn't have so I'm a happy camper. Grabbed the Kroha CD and listened to half on the ride home. I recommend the album to anyone who loves folk. It's good.
i won't let love disrupt, corrupt, or interrupt me anymore...

Finally got round to listening to this, and I'm really enjoying it. It's also introducing me to some old blues/gospel stuff I didn't know existed before, which is always welcome.

Danny's featured on the new Folk Blues Night Volume One LP out on Lo & Behold Records. $20 ppd, awesome package too with a newspaper style insert with liner notes, and handmade covers. On 180gram, too!

Ooooh, Dooley's on that, too. Thanks for the heads up, Jarrett.
