Anyone else notice that the drummer is Whip Triplet? A new pseudonym for the man.

I was reading through the OJ album credits and this name came up two and I automatically thought it was Jack White but then on this other song both Whip Triplet and Jack White played on the same song so there goes that theory.

Whip Triplet must be jaydubya - doesn't he use pseudonyms like this to avoid the music press from announcing every release as "Jack White collaborates with xyz on new single"?

A page and a half to this thread and so far it's been about whether or not the thread should have been posted at all, whether there will be a tri, and who Whip Triplet might be. Y'all may have just disproved Third Man's assessment that "she's been, how you say, delivering us from evil with fiddle playing so stupefying as to propel listeners into the jaws of heavenly awe" 'cause there doesn't seem to be much excitement about Lillie Mae's music here.

Now here's an artist who deserves some hype! I love everything I've heard from Lillie Mae. Good choice for a Blue Series (and hopefully full album with the same shove they gave a certain other someone).

Yeah. I must admit, I was pretty disappointed when I found out Ruby wouldn't be touring this time around, but Lillie Mae did a great job taking over. I think almost all the shows I saw of Jack this year, I was in front of her and Ikey. My girlfriend and I met her after the RSD show and she was super nice. Even was surprised when we asked for a photo with her.

It's really cool to see her come out with the blue series single now. Ruby had hers after the last tour and I was really happy to see that. Ruby even put out a 12" single on her own last year or the year before. I grabbed a few signed copies Really great songs... I am sure Jack helped out quite a bit with the launch of her solo stuff. I am sure Lillie will follow the same path.. I am looking forward to it!

Got my shipping notification too. I was hoping it was for the photo but I'll be glad to hear the new single. Maybe we'll even see some tri colors reemerge.
