Interesting, TP date is for December last year, right about the half way point.

I saw Mike's pics on facebook.
I like the generic(-ish) sleeves.

a couple of questions...
- what does the inside of the box smell like?
- what does the snake skin feel like when it's pressed against your inner thigh?
- what kind of snakes were killed in order to make the boxes?
- were the snakes native to california or did we go across the pond somewhere to kill these f-ing bastards?
- are the records perfect circles?
<JackWhite> Hamptonio: yes, and tell the lovely wife that i really love the pot pie recipe. i can't get enough LOL! anyway, let me know when you get that package of test pressings i sent you.

It's been long enough that I have forgotten...is this the only way to get these records? Will there be standard releases?

Let's hope not, otherwise this was the most over-priced TMR release yet.

I really wish they would sell some of these sets in the TMR vault store.

These were like $300, I forget, is that right or was it $200 ? I like the box ....
I think overall I would be a little disappointed. It's alright. Unless that's real snake skin I think the price is a little high. If there were hundreds of them sent out all with the same test press in it .... That's a lot of test presses for one 45 to have.

If there will be a standard release of these then I really wish these records weren't just black. Then you really just spent $200 on a record box. After that long of a wait I wish the records were dressed up a little more like a tri color or black and blue. Just my opinion.

That's a valid point, they normally press between 150 and 300 tri colors for regular releases so this wouldn't be a stretch.
I do hope for the regular singles to be available to the general public.
