Can I get someone's thoughts on something?

For Pink Lafayettes should we have each different version (ie. different franc note denomonation) be a different item or should they all be lumped into one?

Curious how many people are using the listings portion of the database? It seems like this would be pretty darn useful like EB, if enough people started using it...

Also, in addition to a price, maybe a trade line could be added to? Not sure if/how that would work...

A suggestion for the "Sales History" tab on the database ;

- the "Ebay Sales" column should also show the ebay listing ID
- if the date on that listing is less than 90 days, the ebay listing ID should be a http link to the actual listing on ebay.

So, for those that want to do a bit more research into the last items that were sold, they can actually see
things like condition, shipping, etc.

There is an issue with "Best Offer" ebay items, as follows ;

- Item on ebay up for "Buy it Now" of $150 + "Best Offer".
- someone adds that ebay ID to the database, before the listing has ended & it appears (as normal) in the 'listings' tab.
- the listing ends early, as seller has accepted a "Best Offer" of $140

-- the listing then goes into the 'Sales History' tab as $150 instead of the correct $140.

Hope that makes sense.

Yes, makes sense..

There is also an issue where auctions that don't meet the reserve are recorded as 'sold' in the database... We'll have to fix these issues.

I think both of these issues have been fixed and the 'Wanted' list has been reconfigured. Should be uploaded at some point tonight. Please let me know if you find any further issues.

When adding an ebay listing to the Sales History, it now forces you to enter something in the "Notes" box
- surely just the ebay ID is enough ?

The "Best Offer" Issue is still not fixed (although, this is a slightly different set of events) ;

- I've just entered ebay ID 130493065759 into the Jerry King tri-color listings tab, which is a finished auction that was originally $150
but the seller allowed a 'Best Buy' of $125.

- As you can see from http://www.whiteswirl.com/index.php?act ... view=sales it went through at $150 still (it's one
of the ones listed 2011-03-04).

Also, the database still allows duplicate ebay ID's - so, please could you remove one of the two $150 on the 2011-03-04 ? thanks.

One final thing, what timezone do the ebay sales go into the database as ? that ID above, according to ebay, finished Mar 03, 2011 19:51:21 PST
but the database is showing 2011-03-04.

The Best Offer should now be fixed. took a LONG time to get it done as it required a lot of research and ebay developer's codes etc.

I'm not sure what timezone the sales go in, I would have assumed EST but I'm not sure..
