Image Sizing

As you've probably noticed in the past, sometimes when images are posted they are too big for the board and the whole image won't show. I've just added a feature that will take oversized pictures and shink them down to a size that fits on the board, in addition if you click on the new, shrunken, picture it will open up in a new window at it's original size.
