Seen Cornell many times,IMO one of the greatest singer/songwriters ever. Temple of the Dog is one of the greatest albums ever made. Soundgarden, great great band. Audioslave amazing..Words can't describe his voice and lyrics run way deep, just when I think I know what he is saying,I play a song again and get a whole another vibe on the lyrics.. I have a bunch of CD's from CC that my brother burned me.
This is my first album from him and I love it.
Saw him play live in Nashville at a club that is no longer there, can't think of the name of it now...... It got bought up when they built the Gulch area.
Good stuff for sure.
I just bought the album from Sound Stage Direct if anyone is after it.

One of my favorite singer-songwriters. Top 5, I'd say. Euphoria Morning is also one of my favorite albums. Ever. Period.

As a side note, I just went to my local B&M tonight, and lo and behold, they had a copy of Songbook. going back tomorrow to trade/spend a gift certificate (that my daughter gave me...she loves me) to buy it.

Tomorrow I spin it.

Enjoy it, Woody.
(I've had it on cd for over a year and a half)

Cool. ! It's a nice heavy record with double gatefold, really nice.
I just remembered the name of the place I saw him was City Hall, it was just a large room with a bar down one side , standing room only and it was packed and the air conditioning went out. They were taking people away in ambulances and if you went outside you could not go back in. The Fire Marshall people were guarding the door and were threatening to shut down the show but did not. It must have been 100 degrees in there. Despite all that it was one hell of a show!!

UPDATE!
If anyone is interested, pm me. When I went back today to get my copy, a couple more copies showed up (my b&m likes to hold stuff back to release later...never know what you'll find there).

Mine is NOT a double gatefold, though. :(
Hoe does that happen?
