Start at "Songs for the Deaf" - nobody can dispute that Dave Grohl is an awesome drummer.
.. and then move to "R", then to "Lullabies to Paralyze" and then finally "Era Vulgaris".

If you like the Arctic Monkeys, then you will notice the influence (by listening to QOTSA) that Josh Homme had on their music
for their "Suck it And See" Album.

Live stuff. The albums are good, start with Rated R if you are doing albums, but the live stuff is where it's at. Tons of free stuff on Archive.

I also was given the advice to not listen to the real song for the deaf at 3 AM if you wish to keep your sanity.

I really liked era vulg - but started with songs for the deaf. Wicked albums...

Any kyuss fans? Never tried 'em, but am curious...

Yeah, that was on purpose - It's not one of my favourites... and my initial intention was not to try and list them all - but I suppose I
was only one off. lol

everything josh homme touches is good, but the first three QOTSA records are especially great.
