Laura Marling

Post by candycaneboy03 »

I don't wanna keep updating the TMR laura thread since this isn't tmr related.

Anyhow, new album is announced. I couldn't be happier. I've been building a void on new stuff to buy, the box set sounds great. Too bad jack never thought of the guitar slide Viewer....

i wish i could AFFORD some of her rare stuff on vinyl.. actually, i'm only 2 7"'s away from having my first complete collection of any artist ever. But unfortunately for me, they're two of laura's most expensive ones. If not thee most expensive ones.

I'll Send you an email filling you in on what to search for/keep an eye out for. Most of her stuff is quite easy to find, just a matter of shelling out the cash, most of which i don't have and have a hard time justifying paying so much for a 7". but then again, i really love her stuff.

I've grown an insurmountable for her and her music...quite easily one of my top five favorite artists ever. Plus the fact that she has so much damn talent to create music and write lyrics the way she does, esp at her age...is beyond phenomenal. Not everyone's cup of tea i reckon, as i know a few that have passed her up but hell, she's more than enough for me.

*and it's on Spotify... ;)
