I sure hope the vocals come out on the LP ok. Seemed like he whispered most of the night or screamed.

He sounded at times like Ray Lamotantagne to me. Was kind of weird but good !

I think it sounds great. Every time I hear a Live from TMR record, I am always struck by how perfectly clean they sound. There might be issues with the record itself sometimes, but the ambient sound of the Blue Room and quality of the recording are just so pristine and this one's no exception.

And Benjamin and his band sound terrific, to the point that I really, really wish I'd been at that show.

Thank you! Like mordecaibrown pointed out I was worried about the vocals. It's difficult to understand what he sings at times. I needed help deciding because the international shipping rates on tmr store are crazy! 80% of the price!!!

I'm going to see Benjamin Booker in April at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn. After listening to the new Live at TMR record, I really can't wait! I had never really checked out any of his live stuff before. He sounds great on this new live record.

Yeah, I fucked up.
I only just heard of this show just now and it's sold out.
$60 and up on stub hub, I don't think so.

Yeah $60 is a little steep. I paid $24 after fees, I think. Prices may come down around the date of the show though. I wouldn't give up yet!

Yeah, as per usual, I'm late to the party.
I've only just recently gotten into him.
Hopefully that is the case.
