Where and when is the show, is there a special release? I got the release at the birthday bash, is this one the new actual release or anything limited?

I don't think it's limited. It's the official LP. The show is in Nashville.

When I tried to do a shipping address different from billing address it assumed I was from Tennessee, USA and wouldn't let me change it. Figured out how to change that once you pointed out that shipping internationally was possible, so thanks for making me persevere.
And $16 shipped is such good value!
