I'm sorry, but it's been just too long since I've heard any new material. I saw them at Bonnaroo, and it was the peak of the festival for me. I want to see them in a more intimate setting, because I'ms sure it would make so much of a difference. Can anyone weigh in on this?

They're awesome when they play small venues too. Saw them in Montana last year - top 5 shows I've seen for sure. Maybe 1500 people there.

I agree. Small venues are so much better then outdoor shows. The lighting the sound. I saw them at the Kool Haus and at the sound academy both smaller venues in Toronto. Outstanding!!

Where'd you get that one, the really good comeback store?

+1 for more Dead Weather. Small venues too! Saw them with about 150-200 people and it was awesome. But if it's the Racs turn, then that's not bad either.

Well there would be nothing wrong with a full on tour for the weatherheads next Spring which would surely culminate in a camp fire sing along release!

 anyone feel like this is entirely possible and even probable?? come on Alison....

I think TDW are a good chance to return this year. The Kills finish up touring in Feburary and the two Jack's are seemingly free (for now). It just depends on what Dean will be doing with QOTSA. I believe they are recording an album currently but once that is finished we could see TDW return

please, more dead weather, a small club tour preferably. stadiums and festivals don't do it for me anymore. I just can't bring myself to spend $2k to go sit in a sunbaked Tennessee field for three days with a bunch of dirty hippies and hipsters anymore...
