Considering the kills have 2 tour dates announced already for march and august, I doubt we see anything soon.

Unfortunately, you're probably right. QOTSA also have a new album coming out I think. If they did anything it would probably be a festival or two and a few other dates, like the Racs in 2011. Would love a new album and lots of tour dates, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm not a big fan of festivals myself, but if TDW is playing one and it's my only chance to see them live, I'll be there. Plus, Jack does like the paychecks from the festivals.

are people suggesting that the instagram new years picture is old? it looks new to me. it seemed like they were saying they were in mexico for new years. i never put anything past jack. he had a solo album done and no one knew for sure it existed. there could easily be a dead weather record done/in the works.
