Oh yeah...Tidal. Anyone still keeping up with that? Is there much TMR or Jack White stuff on there that is exclusive to Tidal only?elduderino wrote:so, am i to understand that this video will be, at some point, exclusive to tidal?
I am with you on this one. It's amazing what a good video can do for a song..Kali Durga wrote:I didn't think much of the song when I listened to it on the record, but I will say I really enjoy it married to that video. The video turns it into something more, in my ears at least.
Though, really, I could easily see similar imagery matched up to I Feel Strange. The tone would be totally different since Strange doesn't have the operatic quality of Winner, but the images and narrative could work just as well.
I love Tidal and use it all the time, but no, not a bunch of exclusive JW/TMR stuff. On the other hand, it's $5 a month and most things I want to listen to or check out are on there.arewhyehen wrote:Oh yeah...Tidal. Anyone still keeping up with that? i think this video is beautifully done, in it's own weird way. i've probably watched it a half dozen times now...Alabama Woody wrote:I kind of wish they were releasing live versions from the blue room since there is no tour as of now.
They videos are cool but I would watch live versions over and over. One and done on the "artsy" videos.
Is it just me ?
There's a "live" performance included in each of the instructional videos.Alabama Woody wrote:I kind of wish they were releasing live versions from the blue room since there is no tour as of now.

That would be a great substitute for the tour we will never get.Alabama Woody wrote:I'm talking a live show with a performance released for each song then release the whole thing
Probably more than folks keep up with the pono player.arewhyehen wrote:Oh yeah...Tidal. Anyone still keeping up with that?
