There was no poster made or the poster didn't make it to the venue, OR the merch people were useless?

I think that they don't usually do posters for outdoor shows. Also for the fact that the heat and humidity might damage the poster in some way that would upset collectors.

Ya defiantly no poster, i also checked before and after the show. also bonnaroo was outdoor and there was a poster for that
