The picture has been floating around a couple years, I've never seen an actual sleeve with that picture though. I thought I heard at one point that was going to be the cover for the regular release, but they went with the talons on the back instead.

It looks like Jack in the unseen one, but Dean in the regular. Somebody I know says they have this but I am skeptical until I see it in person.

First time I saw it (the picture) was back when URP had an online storefront, that was their picture for the single.

I wonder how much a test print of that sleeve would go for . . .
