I still have not received my order from 3rd man records. I ordered last Sunday the 19th, anyone else still waiting?

I wanted the first press so I bought one off ebay. I know I got ripped off, but whatever.

just got my 2nd press today. The etching on mine is "Giant Eagles...Tiny Elephants" and "Walking all over creation". Looks like TMR got smart and bought a label maker instead of writing all the addresses by hand, plus mine didn't have the TMR logo stamped on it.

That's the same etching as my first press.

I haven't received mine yet also, for the etchings, if you looked at the content portion of this very site you'll see that has already been posted Actually, I have to add the "TMR - 001 - A" portion but that'll get done soon enough.

I'm assuming that everyones is the same type sleeve? where it is just a piece of cardboard folded in half? I don't know if it's normal because I've never seen one like that before. I thought it was weird and I don't really like it.

I like those fold over sleeves. All of the oldies like sympathy and italy have that type which makes them seem more awesome and low budget or something plus you can more easily fit the record back in the sleeve. You'll get to love it. I still haven't recieved mine. But I do have a handpainted!

I do like that it fits back in much easier, it just feels really really cheap to me. not that it's a bad thing really, but that it could be a cheap knockoff version of it that looks like the real thing upon first glance, but realize that it's fake and just some folded cardboard. I'll take your word for it that I'll get to love it.

yes they are. where can I buy more of those, most of my records don't have those sleeves and I would like to keep them somewhat protected.

I got a bunch of them on ebay a while back, I remember there being lots for pretty reasonable prices. I need some more as well, so if anyone knows a good place?
