We need to try for real to hook up before or after the show, me, wife, and son are attending. Maybe supper and drinks before hand, maybe we could round up some more familiar faces to join us?

Our presale tickets ship on the same day that we receive them from the box office which is approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.

Once tickets ship you will receive an email confirmation of your shipment.

(So presumably the tix that have arrived weren't ordered via the pre-sale. I did think it was strange, as it says on the receipt that they'd arrive about 2 weeks before the event.)
