i would've ran out of there with that guitar, knocking women and young children out of my way as i did it!

I really feel for his roadie. The guy must've been just as worried for his own safety as for the guitar.

I can see it now.

Jack White: "I'm giving my guitar to the crowd, your ass needs to get it back."
Roadie: "The shit?????"

I think that's probably almost exactly what went down, except that the roadie just thought it. You can see he doesn't reply to Jack--probably feeling too stunned. I hope Jack was really nice to him afterwards and let him share the fancy Thai food the Racs were apparently eating.

Going rate is one McRib. Having said that, I'll throw in a half empty can of PBR just to make sure you're coming out ahead on the deal.

exactly... this person wants cash though so all the swapperoonie in the world is just cherry pits and no whip cream

i love the end of this video where you can clearly hear someone with a very northern accent say 'oh maay gawwd' 3 times in a row... i thought the next words out of her mouth would be 'did you ever think it might be possible to touch one of his guitars??

i dunno... im just not that kind of fan even though i am definitely interested in how the poster got signed

for awhile, back in 2009 i think, jack had one of his triple green machines on display, very casually, in the tmr store. just sitting in the corner on a guitar stand.

how cool is that?

I probably walked straight past it thinking it was some sort of TMR novelty.

And now I'm planning to get up early tomorrow to buy TMR novelties.
