I am no longer awaiting an item. Just a refund.

After being told my item had shipped, then told it was lost in the mail, then told he had it and would ship it out right away, and then being told months later he still had it but his kids damaged it so he didn’t want to send it to me, I finally gave up.

I asked for a refund, which of course I was told was coming right away. Now I get stories about how his paypal account has been frozen, and that he’ll have to get a friend to send me the refund but he can still do it right away.

Still nothing. Just crazy stories. For 15 months.
