Which swirl do you prefer?

White Swirl would like to solicit your opinion on which swirl you prefer. As you may know, we are creating an official poster and with it, determining an official logo.

We would like to hear your opinion on the following two options. Thanks for playing!

I'll say my biggest problem with Opt 2 is that the red at the top of the circle with the the swirly thing looks too big; as if a sliver of white (to continue the pattern of the swirls) needs to be at the top...or the whole swirl needs to be nudged up a bit or shifted a tad to the right so the Dot can remain fully exposed and in the center. The 'big red' top swirl makes it look top heavy to me because it is not consistent with the pattern.

oh #2 for sure! it's appearance is actually a swirl, whereas #1 (imo ofocurse) has nothing swirly about it & appears to be a bent/tweaked design and doesn't look right to me at all.

is the center record hole going to stay white? imo it would look better black.

I agree with Nicole, there is nothing sleek or "right" looking about that quasi swirl in the 1st image. I think the image for the 2nd one is a better overall look.

I would say that option 2 looks more like a wave than a swirl

exactly! it looks like a bent out of shape WS peppermint. so again, imo.. it's like taking a symbol we all relate to them , tweaking it to use for this poster. eh ~ i dunno. i'd rather it be more original & i think the #2 swirl design is more original, while still incoorporatring the WS colors.
