Whiteswirl exlclusive poster who is interested?

We are seriously considering doing an official whiteswirl.com poster with the slogan 7thson came up with that is based on Jack's quote: “This is about the physicality of music,” White said. “ It’s music you can smell, touch…taste if you want to.”

Would anyone be interested in purchasing a poster like this for 30 shipped worldwide? We are thinking of making a few changes, maybe white paper and just centering up the slogan and getting rid of http://www.whiteswirl.com on the left. It would probably be a tiny edition of 20-30 or something like that. Please provide feedback or photoshop the image the way you would like it. We are open to suggestions but the artist of the original image has been really cool about working me with me on the design so I do not want to keep him waiting for too long. His first edition and second editions sold out super fast here are the original versions and his website

I don't like the URL on the label to be honest. Maybe put an actual peppermint swirl there instead? It'd add a bit more variation on the colour too.

I like the poster, I'm just not sure I'd want to spend $30 on one that has a forum url all over it that I only have 42 posts on.

I also am not a fan of the url all over it. I do like the peppermint swirl center more too. I could be interested, just depends on what it looks like. I don't want to buy blind again.

Using a peppermint swirl at the centre would have to be done deftly and with great care. We could not use anything copyrighted by the band which rules out any peppermint images we have seen previsouly, be it on a sticker, a record, a pin, you name it. It might be possible though.

I've talked to someone close to the band and was told we probably shouldn't use a peppermint swirl on it. The label was my biggest thing too. I think we've fixed that though

Almost sounds like there are too many variables right now with the design, interest and copyright issues. We may have to axe the whole thing, not sure yet.

A red and white spiral isn't owned by anybody though, let alone the band.

I am attaching the 2 suggested versions from the initial topic in case someone wants to see them.
(remider is that they were created in 90 secs so there are quite a few flows)
On monday I will make a similar variation on the poster version posted here (the one with the watermark on it)

I dont think using a swirl will get us into trouble.
Someone would also say: dont use an elephant cause there is one in a WS single.
That would not make sense.
But its just my opinion.

I am in for a poster in case we end up in a version that is attractive.
I think that even though its a new forum we are gonna spend
much time to post here (judging from myself)
So its the best way to start.
