Been in a slump lately, but the last two weeks has included some great arrivals by mail and a few fun local finds.

TMR's price reduction on the Desert Gold box was way too tempting, but the biggest score was finding an OG copy of Motorpsycho's debut album Lobotomizer at a price I couldn't say no to.

And the 8mm Snow White trailer was just a surprising and fun find at a local seconhand store.

I found this at a ridiculously low BIN on eBay. I recognized the indentation on the label as possibly being a true first pressing so I bought it sight-unseen less than a minute after it went up. Seller didn't list any stamper information. Well it finally arrived today and I'll be damned if it isn't a true first pressing. It has some Goodwill-style scuffs but both sides play through beautifully. I'm pleased.

The runoff information tells me this is from the first stampers immediately after the demos were pressed, thus making it a true first consumer pressing. So I guess now I need to complete my UK first pressing Beatles singles collection. Why not?
