Dear family, friends and otherwise.... I ,Nicholas Lynch aka ThirdManCollector on Instagram, am NOT thirdmancollector_BOAT on EBAY*** The person that is selling under that name is Steve Younes. A Nashville native and husband of Erin Ketelle who has also been slandering my name in Vault Chat. Steve ,aka Stevetron3000 on twitter, White Swirl and Ebay until recently, has been warned by TMR once before and continues to flip every single item he purchases from Third Man. I have recently contacted EBay, Tmr and Facebook for the cases of harassment. Slandering me, my friends and family won't stand.

Are we posting everyone's ebay now?
And also are we posting everyone who flips a tmr release?
Because these would be long lists that include names like me and Nickboat....

And? And shouldn't be a question because it's never nice if somebody slanders and impersonates you...

The sellers name is thirdmancollector....not nicks actual name. There is a ton of eBay names that are similar. For instance Jackwhiteiii is an eBay seller....is he impersonating Jack white?

As far as slander goes, I haven't seen him say anything in vault chat that wasn't true.

1 Not cool but "Identity theft" is not funny so I'd probably do the same to "clear" my name.
2 Let's define flipping - Can I safely assume that selling anything TMR over 1 year old is considered selling, and selling anything from the last year is called flipping?
Offering GBMS RSD issue for $100 is flipping and if I'd sell my Vault 1 for say $300 that would be called a steal and I'd be considered an awesome guy, right?

BTW, selling IR, SFTRI, XL, V2 or WB for profit is ok, right?

Nickboat obviously wants to clear things up.
While the eBay seller is not using Nichola's real first and last name, he is referring to him by using a nickname widely known in the community.

Stl_ben you don't need to post obnoxious replies to every topic or every person who posts in the forum.

I think Steve is a member here so maybe he sees this and they both manage to solve this issue via PM and not in public.
In the meantime, now the topic remains open until things get out of hand.

the correct term is libel for vault chat.
unless, of course, a third man employee logged in, used the webcam and said it verbally.

Ok so maybe I should have posted more info before...that was my mistake.
How it went down from a third party:

Steve tries to sell a tmr release on Facebook, nick tries to make a deal that didn't happen so Steve sells elsewhere.
Nick gets mad. Reports Steve for flipping (irony?) and then starts making comments about Steve on Facebook.
Steve responds by changing his eBay name and ranting on vault chat.

Did they both go to far? Yes.
Should it spill onto here? I don't see why it would.
We already knew what nicks eBay was and to the best of my knowledge no one here was questioning this other account.

there are lots of folks out there in the world who 1) don't know much of that, this or anything else and 2) would take that name listed at face value

Both seem to be selling a lot of TMR. Neither have their normal online names as their ebay names.
