The Hippie Historian

My girlfriend and I both attend quite a few concerts and festivals and she enjoys blogging about our experiences. I am going to try and help her out with the blogs from now on, as I also enjoy writing. She has a BA in History and an MA in Public History so she has plenty of experience writing [to say the least haha] and there are a bunch of historic blogs on here as well, but they are really cool reads. Being that she has a passion for music, even many of the history blogs are about music.

I figure maybe a few of you around here might enjoy these since we all kind of enjoy music.... Please share and tell your friends if you like it!

I've always enjoyed these. Started reading them when you would post them on FB. She's got a nice way with words that makes for an interesting read.

Thanks, Chris! We both appreciate you taking the time to read them. As stated above, she has two university degrees in history, so she has quite a few years experience in writing..haha

It's nice that she gets the chance to combine a few of her passions and write about them. We are both going to start writing about our musical experiences together. Even standing side by side at all these shows, we both take different things away from the show at the end of the night, so I think we are going to collaborate starting real soon. I am not sure whether we will start a new blog or not for that. I will let you know, though.

Again, thanks for taking the time to read them! Glad you enjoy them and we are always looking for feedback!!

Thanks to a bunch of you who have been reading these when I share the posts on facebook.

Gabby just got this for Christmas....so she will be using it to start up her reviews of the growing list of concerts in 2015. Keep an eye out..

Thank you so much to the incredible swirler who hooked us up with these notebooks. I may not have received a TP in the mail, but these notebooks put a huge smile on my face. Thank you, Santa ;)
