Yeah, Rob could use that tin man design 100 times over (he's getting there) and I would still buy everything he puts it on..

This is the absolute most underwhelming RSD at TMR to date. Bob Freaking Seger? No thank you. Don't particularly like Lillie Mae either. Glad I'll be at my local shop, able to pick up the Ben Folds, Star Wars, Rush, Bill Evans, Robert Johnson, Wes Montgomery, RHCP...holy cow, in my opinion, all of that stuff is infinitely better than everything TMR is putting out this year. Oh well...can't win 'em all!

I'd like the Blue Series book. If I make the trip south it'll be for that.

I'd like the special edition book as well, but only if I can find it for close to retail.
The White Stripes shirt is a must have, but as I've said before, the brand of shirt they use for them fit a little funky.
No thank you for any of the vinyl releases.

I would like to buy the Blue Series Book and the 7" of Jack White, but I don't know if there will be available in France.

I'm a Lillie Man fan, but if I can't get that LP for cost plus shipping then I'd likely pass on it.

Amazon has(or had) the non special version on sell for $30 something. Marked down from an Msrp of $60. I preordered it because I figure the price was decent.

Saturday April 22nd, 2017

Eliza Godfrey 2:30pm
Prude Boys 3:30pm
Mexican Knives 4:30pm

Cass Corridor will be hosting the first round of Pressing Plant tours since it’s debut in February for those who haven’t yet gotten a peek into the behind-the-scenes action of making vinyl records. Get your tickets through the Facebook event ticket link.

Carnival games will be set up with some exclusive prizes (and we’re not talking oversized stuffed animals folks) as well as three kickass Detroit-based bands: Eliza Godfrey, Prude Boys, and Mexican Knives. DJ Pierce will be providing tunes from his collection all day.

For sale starting at 10am will be Third Man Record Store day exclusive vinyl and fresh merch, read more about our releases here:
https://thirdmanrecords.com/news/record-store-day-2017/

It's sure to be an amazing day chock full of music, books, food, and maybe a little mayhem. Thankfully, that's just the way we like it around here. See you there!
