Just realized there'd been another update--great story especially about Meg's drum stool (which I'd always vaguely assumed was Jack's idea, thanks for setting the record straight :) ).

Paul Frank is quite famous now. He's the monkey man.

Thanks for your amazing stories. Why didn't John Baker work the 2007 tour?

Quite glad I spent my downtime at work this weekend reading through each and every post here.
Stories like this are as someone noted just plain magic you know?
“I’M GONNA KILL MY BROTHER JACK
I’M GONNA KILL MY BROTHER JACK
I’M GONNA STAB HIM RIGHT IN THE BACK
PUT HIM IN THIS HOLE
AND HE’LL NEVER COME BACK
‘MEMBER THAT?”

I remember someone telling me that tws had a show in San Francisco it was also megs birthday and meg ended up getting drunk and was missing all the beats jack ended up telling her to go back stage to which she stood up and ran off stage crying jack sang some songs by himself and then called her out again and the ended the show after a half an hour. Insiders that worked at the venue said that jack had been yelling at meg and that she had been crying alot. This was around the gbms era.

Far out, it's been a while!
I recently found these 2 clips, one is the radio ad from 2000 in NZ, the other is the promo they did for the evening news

Always cracks me up when he talks about drinking a glass of hard boiled eggs.

All of your wonderful photos have disappeared from the beginning of the thread! Would it be possible to post them again?
