I wonder if it's the new album cover. Just because they have ended, doesn't meant that they didn't record a record whilst
Meg has been at TMR.

Just sayin'

So I'm reading a whole bunch of "classics" at the moment, and the one I am reading at the moment is called "The Plague" by Albert Camus. It's set in 1947 in a French-run town in Algeria (hence my proposed connection when I got to this part of the book - that picture reminded me of Morocco, just nextdoor).

There is a part where there are 3 people talking in a hotel (though I think 3 men) having a drink and there is this little weird bit:

---
"What haven't we understood?"
"The plague."
"Ah!" siad Rieux.
"You haven't understood that it's all about starting again"
Rambert went into a cormer of the room and put on a little record player.
"What is that record?" asked Tarrou. "I know it."
Rambert replied that it was "Saint James's Infirmary Blues ".
In the middle of the record they heard two shots ring out in the distance.
"A dog, or an escape," said Tarrou.
A moment later the record ended and the sound of an ambulance became cleaerer, got louder, passed under the windows of the hotel room, decreased, then finally died away.
"That record is not funny," said Rambert. "And I've heard it at least ten times today."
"Do you like it that much?"
"No, it's the only one I have."
And, a moment later:
"I tell you - it's about starting again."
---

Anyway - it's a vague connection if any, but just strange how it kinda tied together...

That’s a pretty awesome connection. Seems weird enough for Jack to be connected to such a tale. I was thinking about this today and would this release possibly coincide with the release of Rome? The scene definitely has an Italian feel to it? Idk, still hate to see them go.
