Didn't he also play bass on that song at one of the Canada shows?

That's the rub right there! I was looking for him playing bass because I remembered him playing it somewhere, but I only managed to track down the video I shared. If it comes to you, please share because it's bugging me.

Kind of surprised that video hasn't been yanked, seeing as how it's from the dvd that was in the box set. YouTube's not doing their job.

No prob. It's always fun to watch Jack play his guitar like a bass and his bass like a guitar.

He also played bass on Beck's "Go It Alone" on Guero.

There's also a photo floating around of him playing bass during the sessions he did with Jay-Z. And, of course, the Bumble Buzz promo video (though that's not your standard type of bass).
