Well I think the girl drumming represents someone in the band, but you can make your own conclusions. There are rumors that this is a picture of a young Meg, but I really do not think that is true.

Not sure, I think the girl in the original picture had a drill in her hand. I think this was originally going to be a handbill too, but I could be wrong
